This project is considered a milestone in Living’s history, as it is the brand’s first venture in the Vila Mariana neighborhood.   • duplex located on the penultimate floor and measuring 60m² to 73m².

The development is in Moema and focuses on bringing convenience and practicality to residents. With a strategic location, it is just 10 steps from Eucaliptos Station and a pedestrian crossing from Shopping Ibirapuera.

The architectural project was developed by the renowned firm Aflalo e Gasperini Arquitetos. On the façade, a planter was planned, which aims to convey the idea of ​​integration with Ibirapuera Park and the neighborhood’s greenery.
